Text messages sent to mobile devices are only sent after receiving a request from a mobile device. 43KIX does not send or distribute unsolicited text messages. CHARGES/PREMIUMS:
43KIX is a non-premium, query service and does not charge for receipt or delivery of text messages. Your wireless carrier may charge for usage of sending and receiving text messages. Message and Data rates may apply. 43KIX is not liable for any charges you may incur from your wireless carrier. Please consult your mobile service carrier's pricing plan to determine the charges for sending and receiving text messages.
